About our founder
Stephen's passion lies in property, he has been investing since 2012 following a service oriented career and has since been nominated for and won numerous property investment awards. Stephen is always looking for ways to test and improve both his business and himself.

We are a midlands based property investment, development and services company, we are experienced in maximising the value of buildings through planning uplift and conversion. We are renowned locally within the development industry for being able to maximise values by means of our substantial in-house expertise. We are currently focusing on the acquisition of property portfolios and multi unit blocks.
