Stephen’s passion for property began in 2012, following a service-oriented career. Since then, he has built a successful track record in property investment, earning multiple award nominations and wins. Committed to continuous growth, Stephen is always seeking new ways to challenge and improve both his business and himself.

Who we are

We are a midlands based property investment, development and services company, we are experienced in maximising the value of buildings through planning uplift and conversion. We are renowned locally within the development industry for being able to maximise values by means of our substantial in-house expertise. We are currently focusing on the acquisition of property portfolios and multi unit blocks.
